Our standard rates include multiple attempts to effect service. Pricing is for a single person/entity at one address.

PROCESS SERVING

Standard Service

$85 – $125

First attempt within 3-7 business days. Includes 3-4 attempts total.

Rush Service

$135 – $180

First attempt within 24-48 hours. Includes 3-4 attempts total.

Same-Day Service

$195 – $250+

First attempt made on the same day as received.

Additional Person

$40 – $50

Discounted fee for serving an additional person at the same address.

Skip Trace/Locate

$75 – $100

Fee to locate a current address for service.

Document Pickup/Filing

$25 – $85

Fee for courier service to pick up documents or file the return of service.

NOTARY

Texas law sets the maximum fee for the notarial act itself. A separate travel fee may apply for mobile services.

This service certifies Texas-issued documents for use in foreign countries. The price includes the mandatory state fee and our professional handling/expediting service.

Standard Apostille Service

Includes the $15 Texas Secretary of State fee, standard processing, and shipping.

Expedited Apostille Service

$249 – $290+

Includes rush handling and priority processing for the fastest turnaround.

State Fee Only

$15.00 (Per document)

The non-refundable fee charged by the Texas Secretary of State (SOS).

Walk-Through/In-Person SOS Service

$99 – $150 (Plus state fee)

Fee for us to physically submit and retrieve your documents at the SOS office for immediate processing.
